We are committed to supporting Australian beef, lamb and chicken farmers. All of our livestock is sourced from family owned and operated Australian farms.
All of our meat is sourced from animals raised in completely free range environments. All Cleaver’s organic meat products meet the strict animal welfare requirements of the Australian Certified Organic standard (ACO).

Cleaver’s products do not contain any artificial preservatives.

Cleaver’s products are made without using any artificial colours or flavours.
NO ADDED HORMONES – Ever
Our livestock are never treated with growth hormones, ensuring they experience natural development.
NO ANTIBIOTICS – Ever
Animals used to produce certified organic products are never treated with antibiotics. If any livestock require antibiotics for welfare reasons, their meat will never be used to make Cleaver’s Certified Organic products.
We produce our products in a quarantined environment meaning our products are free from any traces of tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, shellfish and fish. All Cleaver’s products are totally free from soy. Our Chicken Nuggets and Beef Lasagne do contain gluten, and the latter also has milk, but they are both free from any other allergens. All other products are entirely gluten and allergen free.
GRASS FED & FINISHED
Cleaver’s Organic beef and lamb is sourced from animals that are grass fed from start to finish and never confined to a feedlot. You can read more about Cleaver’s grass fed beef standards here.
