Cleaver’s Sizzle Steak Involtini stuffed with Carrot and Pancetta
Turn your Cleaver’s Organic Sizzle Steak into yummy involtini stuffed with julienne of carrot, celery, a sliver of garlic, a slice of pancetta (or bacon) and sear in pan with coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper, wilt some sweet cherry tomatoes and serve with pan fried wild greens.
