Oven

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Remove from pack and place in oven (fat side up).

3. Cook for 30-40 mins for medium or until cooked to your liking.

4. Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.

Pan fry or BBQ

1. On high heat, remove from pack and place skin down for 25-30 mins for medium or until cooked to your liking, turning occasionally.

2. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
