Wanting to cook a feast for your family or a group of friends? If your answer was yes then Cleaver’s grass fed lamb shoulder roast is the perfect main ingredient you’re looking for. It is full of flavour and so tender that cleaning up afterwards will be an easy task!

Our Grass Fed Lamb Shoulder Roast is made using 100% Australian Free Range Lamb. Our lambs are raised in the rich farming country of the Riverina. They are all grass fed and free to roam in pasture their entire lives.

This product is guaranteed to be free of preservatives, antibiotics and added hormones, and it is also gluten free. Grab a pack or two from your nearest stockist today!

  1. Take lamb out of the fridge about 15 minutes before cooking. Trim any excess fat and pop it in a roasting dish close in size to your cut.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Baste lamb with oil, garlic and herb mixture of your choice. Continue to baste the roast throughout cooking.
  4. Place dish in the oven for approximately 26 min per 500g of meat. Using a thermometer, check that the internal temperature of the lamb has reached 65°C (for medium doneness).
  5. Remove dish from the oven and cover roast loosely with foil.
  6. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes and carve parallel to the length of the lamb.
  7. Serve with your favourite side dishes.
