Looking for the perfect dinner idea after a hectic day? Just heat these organic beef ribs in the oven and add your favourite side for a quick and easy midweek dinner that will be ready in under an hour!

Our beef ribs are made with Cleaver’s organic grass-fed meat that is free-range, 100% Australian and certified organic. Cooked low and slow for 10 hours with the delicious combination of native berry and BBQ flavour, you won’t be able to get enough of these perfectly tender and juicy ribs!

Heating Instructions:

Heating times are a guide only.

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C (190°C fan forced).
  2. Open the bag and discard any solidified fat.
  3. Place the 2 ribs and the sauce from the bag in an oven proof baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Heat for 35 mins.
  5. Remove the foil, spoon the sauce over the ribs and cook for another 5-10 mins to caramelise the sauce.
  6. Remove from the oven and rest for 5-10 mins before serving.

Alternatively cook over indirect heat on a Kettle BBQ.
