This Cleaver’s product is just the perfect ingredient you need to surprise your guests and family members with the most delicious and juicy lamb roast. Just follow our cooking instructions and add your favourite side dishes to create that finger-licking good meal you’ve been thinking about for a while now. Enjoy!

  1. Take lamb out of the fridge about 15 minutes before cooking. Trim any excess fat and pop it in a roasting dish close in size to your cut.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Baste lamb with oil, garlic and herb mixture of your choice. Continue to baste the roast throughout cooking.
  4. Place dish in the oven for approximately 26 min per 500g of meat. Using a thermometer, check that the internal temperature of the lamb has reached 65°C (for medium doneness).
  5. Remove dish from the oven and cover roast loosely with foil.
  6. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes and carve parallel to the length of the lamb.
  7. Serve with your favourite side dishes.
