INGREDIENTS
- 300g Cleaver’s Organic & Free Range Chicken Nuggets
- Colourful veggies: 2 x small to medium carrots, corn, 1 small green capsicum, 1 packet of mini tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cups shredded lettuce, leaves of cos or gem lettuce
- Grated cheese
- 6 soft tacos
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 220°C (200° fan-forced)
- Follow heating instructions for Cleaver’s Organic Chicken Nuggets on back of pack
- Wash all vegetables under fresh running water and dry
- Grate carrot, dice capsicum and cut cherry tomatoes in halves, grate cheese (1/3-1/2 cup per person), putting each ingredient in their own small bowl
- Cook soft tacos according to instructions on pack
- Once nuggets have finished cooking, divide cut ingredients and nuggets evenly in serving ware
- Serve chicken nuggets inside soft tacos and encourage family members to add their own vegetables and cheese
- Serve with sour cream or your sauce of choice
