INGREDIENTS
- 2 x Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burgers
- Store bought steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
- 2 x soft white hamburger buns (no seeds)
- Tomato
- Fresh lettuce
- Sliced red onion
- Cheese slices
- Sliced beetroot
- Thick tomato relish
METHOD
- Coat Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burgers in the steak seasoning
- Heat the oil in a heavy based pan on medium heat
- Cook burger patties for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve hamburgers with lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, beetroot, cheese and relish

- Replace onion and beetroot with fried egg and pineapple for a delicious breakfast burger
