INGREDIENTS

  • 2 x Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burgers
  • Store bought steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 x soft white hamburger buns (no seeds)
  • Tomato
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Sliced red onion
  • Cheese slices
  • Sliced beetroot
  • Thick tomato relish

METHOD

  1. Coat Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burgers in the steak seasoning
  2. Heat the oil in a heavy based pan on medium heat
  3. Cook burger patties for 3-4 minutes each side
  4. Serve hamburgers with lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, beetroot, cheese and relish

TIP

  • Replace onion and beetroot with fried egg and pineapple for a delicious breakfast burger
